What counts as one report?
One generation cycle — e.g. one suitability letter, one annual review summary, one client brief. Re-generating with edited prompts on the same documents counts as another report.
What if I exceed my monthly limit?
We let you know when you're close. Upgrade in one click and your limit lifts immediately. We don't auto-charge overages — you choose to upgrade or wait until next month.
Can I add extra users on Firm or Team plans?
Extra seats are £15/user/month for Firm, £19/user/month for Team. The included seats are still flat-fee — you only pay extra if you genuinely need more advisers.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — pay annually and get two months free. Drop us a line and we'll set it up.
How does billing work?
Card on file via Stripe. Charged on the day of upgrade, then monthly on the same day. Update or cancel from inside the workspace billing page any time.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?
The Free tier is the trial — three reports per month, all features, no card. Upgrade when you need higher volume or want to remove the watermark.
